If you are already a Panza customer and want to start placing orders on the Internet, please contact our Internet Accounts Team. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (eastern standard time) at (732) 225-1314. You can also contact us by e-mail at: sales@icecreamproducts.com. They will assist you in setting up your Internet Access Account and your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will then be notified by e-mail within 24 hours after you PIN number has been activated. Since no one at Panza will have access to this number, please keep it in a safe place that you can get to in case you should forget it. You will not be able to place your orders without your PIN number.
The Internet Accounts Team will also register your e-mail address so that you can receive important notices, product updates and future internet product specials.

Placing Your Order Via Internet
Unlike many suppliers that need a two day lead time, we require that your order be placed no later than 4:30 p.m. (eastern standard time) and it will be processed that same evening (please see Maps of Areas of Distribution located on the main screen under Shipping Info. for delivery schedules). Since we receive many orders daily, it's recommended that you place your order early to avoid the last minute rush of customers trying to get orders in before the 4:30 deadline.
Please Note: All orders placed after 4:30 p.m. (eastern standard time) will not be processed the same evening for shipment the following morning.
If you are an existing Panza Customer, you will need to have your Customer Number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to place your order on-line. Our Product list is divided into categories, so that you can go to a specific product group to find the items that you need or search for the item by description or by item number. So that you will receive exactly what you order, please review your order thoroughly before completing your entries. Mistakes are costly to everyone and all returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Out-Of-Stock: Since we carry an exceptionally large quantity of all the items on our product list, the term "out-of-stock" is not common at Panza. However, there are times when this can occur. We do not back-order products. In the event of an "out-of-stock item", the merchandise would have to be reordered when it is available.
Price Changes: The prices on our product list are updated daily; however, it is possible for prices to change during the course of the day. If the price changes are substantial versus the prices quoted on our Internet product list, you will be notified via e-mail prior to shipping. If the increase is minimal, the order will be shipped at the prices quoted at the time of ordering.
Minimums: For information on minimum shipments to your area please see our Maps of Areas of Distribution located under Shipping Info on the main page of this Web site. There you will find the requirements for shipping your order.
Special Orders: From time to time, you may require a product that we don't stock. We can special order the item for you, as long as it's a product that is available from one of our regular manufacturers. A special order item may take several weeks to obtain, so you should only order special order items if you can wait for them to come in. When these items arrive, we will contact you so that you can add additional products to these items to make a minimum order and not have to pay freight charges. We can also send most special order items to you by United Parcel; however, you would be required to pay the minimum shipping charges for this type of delivery. Since there are no provisions on our Web site to order "Special Order Items", they would have to be ordered by calling our office or by e-mailing our Internet Accounts Manager at: sales@icecreamproducts.com
Please note: Special order items can not be returned for credit.
Prices on bulk purchases: We offer special promotions on the bulk purchase of many items. For more information on these items, please contact us at sales@icecreamproducts.com
Need a particular item in a hurry: Our Edison, New Jersey Warehouse is adjacent to United Parcel. We can ship most items (excluding cones, frozen and refrigerated products) by United Parcel. If you are within a radius of one hundred miles of our facility, there is a good chance that you will receive the product you need within 24 to 48 hours from the time you place the order. You will be required to pay a minimum shipping and handling charge for this type of delivery. We can also arrange overnight delivery on products. However, there would be an additional freight charge for this service as well.
Special Note: Since September 1, 1998, United Parcel only accepts payments for C.O.D. deliveries by regular checks, certified checks or money orders. No payments in cash will be accepted.
If you are close enough to our warehouse, our Pick-Up Counter is open from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. You can come in and we will prepare your invoice and pull the items that you require. We cannot take advance orders for merchandise being picked up. The order must be given when you arrive at our building.
