Bob Failla

Bob Failla is the Manager of the Panza Sales Team. He came to A. Panza & Sons in 1993 with a vast knowledge of the Foodservice Industry.  Having 30 years of prior experience with companies like Proctor & Gamble, Land O Lakes and ConAgra has molded him into the sales leader he is today.

Bob is responsible for all sales at the company.  He has the respect and admiration of his peers, and his outstanding qualities are his honesty and determination to succeed.  Bob is a "people person" with a simple sales philosophy, "Teach your customers how to make more money and they will be your customers forever."  We know what you're thinking and yes you're right, Rudy Guiliani, the former Mayor of New York City certainly does look like "our Bob".
