Wayne Happel

Wayne joined the Panza team in 1992 as a territory manager in Eastern Pennsylvania.  His area of expertise is his ability to create a strong, positive relationship between Panza and its customers by focusing on quality service in a timely manner.  Because of these abilites, he was asked to become a member of our inside support group in 1994.

Wayne is a tremendous asset to the team .  He is instrumental in coordinating communication between our customers, sales team, company management, and the office support staff.  He is heavily involved in most of the advertising projects and point-of-sale production.  He is also a major contributor in the planning and design of the company's Annual Ice Cream Trade Show.
